Who we are

Bath Remodel Pricing is operated by LL Media, LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. We publish bathroom remodeling cost research and connect homeowners who request quotes with independent remodeling companies. We are not a contractor and do not perform remodeling work.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: ZIP code, first and last name, phone number, email address (optional), and project details such as project type, bathroom size, timeframe, and homeowner status. We also automatically collect your IP address, the page URL you submitted from, and any campaign parameters (such as utm_source) attached to your visit. We may collect a TrustedForm certificate that independently records your consent.

How we share your information — please read this section

This is a lead generation service. If you submit a quote request, we share the information in that request with independent bathroom remodeling companies, contractor networks, and marketing partners so they can contact you about your project, and we are typically paid when we do so. Under some state privacy laws this transfer may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We may also disclose information to service providers who operate this site on our behalf, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Communications and your consent

By submitting a quote request you give us and the remodeling companies we match you with your prior express written consent to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text message, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices and how to opt out

You may revoke consent and stop contact at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, tell a caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list, or email us at quotes@bathremodelpricing.com and we will process your request. Because your information may already have been shared with a matched remodeling company, you may also need to contact that company directly to stop its outreach.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email quotes@bathremodelpricing.com with the details of your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You may designate an authorized agent to act for you, and we may ask for information to verify your identity before we act.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the quote form, remember your progress, measure traffic, and attribute marketing campaigns. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some parts of the quote flow may not work correctly if you do.

Retention and security

We retain quote request information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, including records of consent. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, email quotes@bathremodelpricing.com and we will delete it.
